The Nairobi City County Assembly Service Board invites sealed bids from competent bidders for the following tenders:-

DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY,DELIVERY,INSTALLATION,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF MULTI MEDIA DIGITAL CONGRESS SYSTEM FOR NAIROBI CITY COUNTY ASSEMBLY

Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect tender documents at the procurement office. Main City Hall Building 2nd Floor Room 277 during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable cash fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (Kshs.1,000/=) in cash or Banker’s cheque payable through Co-operative Bank, City Hall Branch Account No. 01141232417500,Account Name Nairobi City County Assembly.

All bids must be accompanied by a BID BOND of 2% of the tender prices. Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope with the Tender Number and be deposited in the Tender Box, outside the procurement office. Main City Hall Building 2nd floor Room 277

So as to reach him on or before 8th September 2014 at 12.00 noon. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes in Kenya shillings and should remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate’s representatives who choose to attend in the Board Room on 2nd Floor, Main City Hall Building.
