Lake Victoria North Water services Board (LVNWSB) has received funds from GoK to support rural water supply program to rehabilitate and augment Kimini Kona Community water project within its area of jurisdiction. The Lake Victoria North Water Services Board now invites contractors to submit sealed Bids for the tender as shown below.

DESCRIPTION

Construction of 3 No. springs

Construction of 2No. Water Kiosks

Construction of 2no.50M3 Masonry tanks.

Pipe laying.

Rehabilitation work.

QUANTITY: 1

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per set (or equivalent amount in freely convertible currency). The method of payment will be cash (deposit to KCB Kakamega account No. 243673724) or bankers cheque from a reputable bank in Kenya. The bidding documents will be collected from the address below upon production of a purchase receipt.

Bids in plain sealed envelope clearly marked Tender No…………………………………..(REHABILITATION AND AUGMENTATION OF KIMININI KONA COMMUNITY WATER PROJECT)” should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Board’s headquarters as per the address below so as to be received on or before 12.00hrs local time on 19th April, 2015.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at 12.05 p.m on 19th April, 2015.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the tender sum in the form of a bank guarantee
