REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE INDEPENDENT ENGINEER.

The Government of the Republic of Kenya through the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure represented by the Kenya National-Highways Authority (KeNHA), Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA), and the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) being state corporations established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 seeks to procure consultancy services of a consulting engineering firm with the capability (Qualification and experience) to assist the parties in the management of the implementation of the Project Agreement between the Authorities and the Project Company (Private Party) for the project under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework for Phase I.
