Pivot Limited is an innovative sanitation company working to improve public health and the environment across Sub-Saharan Africa. The Company is undertaking to construct a renewable fuel production factory that converts faecal waste into industrial fuel, thus helping reduce local industry’s reliance on fossil fuels.

Tender Description: Construction off earthworks for waste-to-fuel factory

Tender Closing Date: 1 September 2014.12:00 noon

Detailed tender documents may be obtained from Pivot’s office at Kipevu Wastewater Treatment Plant, off Focus Impasse Road, Chamgamwe, Mombasa, on normal working days beginning on 19th August 2014, from 7:30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Prospective bidders may also obtain electronic copies of the tender document upon request to the Project Manager at email: denis@pivotworks.co.

Prospective bidders shall pay a non-refundable tender fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand (KSh. 1,000/=) in cash at Pivot’s office, or by Bankers Cheque, or by depositing to Pivot’s designated account: A/c Name: Pivot Ltd.; A/c no: 2028823609; Bank/Branch: Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd./Digo Road, Mombasa.

To be considered, tenders must be received on or before 1st September 2014 at 12:00 noon. Tenders will be opened promptly after closing at Pivot’s office in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
