DESCRIPTION.: Transportation Of Boilers From Mombasa To Various KTDA Tea Factories On ‘As And When Required Basis

TENDER FEE (Non-Refundable).: Kshs 3,000

Kenya Tea Development Agency (MS) Ltd is Kenya’s premier organization, providing management services to the small-scale tea sector for effective production, processing and marketing of high quality tea.

The Agency imports boilers and other tea processing machinery for replacements and expansions on behalf of its managed tea factories. The boilers are transported and positioned at the factory sites in compliance with Government regylations on oversize cargo.

Interested eligible transporters may obtain the tender documents from the Procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the respective nonrefundable tender fee.

Tender documents shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to:

Completed tender documents marked with the appropriate tender name and reference number should be . deposited in the Tender Box at Reception on Ground floor KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi so as to be received not later than 9.00 AM on 15th November 2016.

The submitted tender documents will be opened on the same day. KTDA Ltd is not obliged to accept any tender or give reasons thereof.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
