Lake Victoria North Water Services Board invites interested and eligible Bidders for the Tenders described below;

Description of Works.:

Intake works: INo. spring protection

Construction of 4No. Water kiosks

Construction of 1No. 100m3 collection sump.

Construction of INo. 100m3 elevated structural steel tank

Installation 45 Maji marker posts

Intake fencing (2No.) -barbed wire, steel gate, and locks at the intake site (100m x 80m, lOmxIOm).

Installation of 30No. consumer water meters

Construction of 20No. Valve chambers 1.25×1.25×1.0m deep

Pipe laying: Rising main and distribution mains, a total of 10,628m

Eligibility.: Reserved for registered Youth, Women and Persons with Disability (YWPD) Companies

Pre- tender site meeting will be held on 10th /03/ 2017 10.00 am at the Boards Headquarter thereafter a site visit to specific sites (Mandatory)

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per set. The method of payment will be cash (deposit to KCB Kakamega account No. 243673724) or banker’s cheque from a reputable bank in Kenya or through Lake Victoria North Water Services Board MPESA pay bill no. 909318. The bidding documents Will be collected from the address below upon production of a purchase receipt. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1200 hours East Africa time on 22nd March 2017. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will – be opened, physically thereafter at 1205 hours East Africa time on 22nd March 2017. in the presence of the Bidders’ Representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below:
