TENDER NO. KEN HA/1469/2016 – PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION OF UPGRADING OF KIBWEZI – MUTOMO – KITUI – KABATI – MlG WAN I ROAD (A9/B64) ROAD UNDER EPC TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for the management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of national roads.
The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible firms for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Upgrading of Kibwezi -Mutomo -Kitui- Kabati – Migwani (A9/B64) Road under EPC Turnkey Construction Contract.
There shall be a mandatory pre-tender site visit on Friday, 9th December, 2016 at 0900hrs starting at Kibwezi (A8/A9) Junction followed by Pre-bid meeting at 14.30hrs at Migwani.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the Kenya National Highways Authority KeNHA website: www.kenha.co.ke. or IFMIS supplier portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge or from KeNHA Head office. Procurement office, ground floor during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One thousand only) in form of banker’s cheque only payable to Kenya National Highways Authority. The tender closing date will be on Friday, 13th January, 2017 at 11.00 Hours
The Tenders shall be opened immediately after the deadline and shall take place at the KeNHA Board Room, 3rd Floor, Blue Shield Towers in the presence of firm’s representatives who choose to attend.
