Tender Details The consulting services (“the Services”) include: •Updating the Procurement Plan and detailed planning on a regular basis •Preparing regular update of the disbursement plan, •Setting up Communications and Monitoring Plan and assistance to CWSB for its implementation, •Coordinating with the various stakeholders and financiers, in particular with AFD and the World Bank as major co-financers of this project, •Assisting CWSB in preparation of the progress reports and all necessary reports required by the financiers regarding overall project management and implementation, •Assisting CWSB upon request in preparation of tender documents for Consulting Services, •Assisting CWSB upon request in tendering processes and any project management related issues, •Providing sound capacity building to the CWSB on project management, including the use of appropriate management tools.
