EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICES IN TURKANA

Tullow Kenya B.V. (TKBV) is a subsidiary of Tullow Oil Pic, Africa’s leading independent Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company.

The company wishes to engage the services of a Manpower Services Provider (MSP) in Turkana to support current exploration and appraisal and future development activities.

Firms interested in bidding for this tender must demonstrate the following:

Meet the manpower requirements of private sector companies across a range of sectors/disciplines

Provide requisite HR services

Have demonstrable and robust HR Information Management Systems (HRIMS)

Meet all legal requirements with regard to provision of manpower services

Capacity to invest in building awareness and capacity of a workforce that may have limited exposure to and experience of regular employment

Capacity and experience in the delivery of Manpower Supply Services to private sector companies

To be eligible to qualify to tender for the above service, firms must meet the below minimum criteria:

Must be local companies registered in Turkana County with the relevant authorities and/or be prepared to enter into Joint Venture (or other) arrangement with a Turkana company

Must be a company possessing alt the requisite and valid certification and registration

Companies interested in participating in the tender are requested to submit their expression of interest accompanied by respective copies of the following listed documents, in addition to all other appropriate documentation to support their application:

Company registration certificate

VAT registration certificate

PIN registration certificate

Tax compliance certificate

Additionally, firms are required to provide a brief company profile clearly indicating the following:

Experience in similar projects, clearly indicating previous and current clients

2 client testimonials of current projects

Evidence of financial capability or credit tines

Availability of competent resources to support the provision of the service and the current HR management system in place
