TENDER NOTICE

The Institute of Certified public accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for the following tenders.

           
Tender Number:ICPAK /02/2012    
Tender Description:Tender for drilling and construction of a proposed borehole with  the Associated materials    
Closing/Opening date:13th September 2012 at 10. 00 pm

Tender Number:ICPAK /03/2012    
Tender Description:tender for passenger lift installations for office block    
Closing/opening date:13th September 2012 at 10. 00 pm
 
Interested bidder may obtain tender documents from The Procurement Department, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) CPA Centre Ruaraka – Nairobi located off Thika Road in person or against written application. 

A non refundable fee of  Kshs. 5, 000. 00 is to e paid in cash at the cash office of ICPAK between 08. 00 am and 5. 00pm on normal working days  or in bankers cheque payable to The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes with Tender Number and Title of the Tender clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:-

NAIROBI
 
And deposited in the tender box on Ground floor at ICPAK offices along Thika Road, Nairobi or sent so as to reach the above address, not later than closing dates.
 
Submitted bids will be opened publicly in the Board Room on the 1st floor, ICPAK offices soon after the above stated closing time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.  Late bids will be returned unopened.
 
ICPAK reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
Canvassing for the tender by the bidder by proxy shall lead to automatic disqualification of their tender.
