TENDER NOTICE

Malindi Water and sewerage Company has received funds form Water Services Trust Fund under the Urban Project Concept (UPC) and intends to use part of the funds to undertake the following projects.  The company hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works.

Requirements
i.Must be registered company.
ii.Bid Company of 2% of the tender sum form a reputable financial institution inform of a bankers cheque.
iii.Proof work if similar magnitude undertaken in the last 5 years.
iv.Provide certified Audited accounts for the last 3 years
v.Certified copies of Tax compliance certificates, VAT and PIN certificate
vi.Proof of legal experience (copies of certificate of  incorporation/registration)
 
Tender documents wit detailed specifications and conditions can be obtained form the Procurement office at Malindi  Water and sewerage  company Limited offices during normal working hours upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 3, 00 in cash or bankers cheque for each set.  Payment for Tender documents should be made at our cash office, Malindi Water offices behind the Malindi Municipal Council offices.
 
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes and bearing no indication of the same of the tenderer, but, but clearly marked “Tender No……. for Supply and delivery of …..” should be addressed to.

The sealed tender documents should be sent through the above address or lodged in the Tender Box marked “UPC PROJECTS” at the company’s offices so as to be received on or before 10. 30 am on Friday 14th September 2012.
 
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Company Boardroom in the  presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
 
Malindi Water and Sewerage Company Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
