TENDER NOTICE

The Kenya Broadcasting Corporation invites interested and eligible tenderers to participate in the following tenders;

1. Tender N0.12/KBC/2013-2014

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF A THIRD DVB-T2 TRANSMITTER IN 2+1 CONFIGURATION

2. Tender No.13/KBC/2013-2014

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF C-BAND SATELLITE DOWNLINKS

3. Tender No.14/KBC/2013-2014

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF DVB-T2 GAP FILLER TRANSMITTERS 4NO.

Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of Procurement Manager Broadcasting House on Harry Thuku Road during normal working hours from Monday to Friday (8.00am-4.30pm) upon payment of non refundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 per document in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to the Managing Director, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation.

Completed tender documents Must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with respective tender numbers and addressed to;

Be deposited in the tender box at the Main Gate Broadcasting House on or before 3rd December 2013 at 10.00Am. Submitted bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the Grey Studio in the presence of bidders or bidders representatives who wish to attend.

The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or wholly and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
