 A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000 of packages f1 up to 7 and Kshs.  2, 000 for Package f8 at the chaos office situated at KWS HQS   Payable in cash or bankers cheque to the Director – KWS.  Bidders can also download the documents from our website www.kws.go.ke but MUST make sure they pay the nonrefundable fee and submit evidence of payment during submissions of bids.

  There shall be a mandatory organized pre-tender site visit on 18th July 2013 staring at 9.00 am of all prospective bidders for Package 1 on 22nd July 2013 starting at 9. 00 am for all the prospective bidders For Package 2 and on 19th July 2013 starting at 9. 00 am for all the prospective bidders for Package 3 as per the instructions in the Tender document.  Pre-bid meeting for packages 1 – 6 shall be held at Vet Boardroom situated at KWS headquarters on Wednesday, 17th July 2013 at 10. 00 am.

The tenders shall be opened immediately   thereafter in the presence of bidders representatives who wish to attend at KWS Board room.
Youth, Women groups and individuals with special needs are encouraged to participate.  Their past experience is not a requirement.
