Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents at Supplies Department at Supplies Department, Room No. 6.
A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates in person or by written application upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 5, 000. 00 in cash, money order or banker’s cheque.
Tenderers should submit a two envelope bid marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” respectively as specified in the tender documents.
Tenders must be accompanied by requisite Bid Bond (1percent) in the for at specified in the Tender document. Completed tender documents must be returned as specified in the Tender document and deposited in the tender box located at ground floor at the entrance of the administration block and addressed to:-

So as to reach on or before the specified dates at 10. 00 am. Prices quoted must be net (including duty and VAT where applicable) and should remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the closing date.

Tenders will be opened immediately after closing time, at KNH in the presence of candidates representatives who choose to attend.
