PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS

PRIMARY EDUCATION IN POOR URBAN AREAS OF NAIROBI, MOMBASA, KISUMU AND NAKURU KPSEP-III

Building Contractor Services are requested for the following tasks to be funded by the German Kenyan Financial Cooperation.

Building Contractors who wish to participate in the pre-qualification are invited to submit pre-qualification details for the following works:

New Construction, Rehabilitation and Extension works shall be carried out in approximately 12 Primary or Secondary Schools Sites (16 to 45 classrooms each) in Poor Urban Areas of NAIROBI, MOMBASA, KISUMU and NAKURU. The scope of work for these schools varies in volume and contracts shall be awarded separately.
Interested eligible applicants can obtain the pre-qualification questionnaire from the Urban Development Directorate, Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development, The KPSEP Programme Director, Koinange Street, Cianda House, 10th floor, P.O.Box 34477-00100, Nairobi, Republic of Kenya upon proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs. 1000.00,-(One thousand only) in cash or bankers cheque. The payment may be made at the 10th floor Cash Office,Ardhi House,Ngong Road

The completed pre-qualification questionnaire should be returned to the Tender box located on the 10th floor of Cianda House latest 1200hrs local time on the 2nd December 2013. Opening of the same will take place immediately thereafter in the conference room 10th floor Cianda House, Koinange Street. Applicants or their representative are free to attend.
