THE DEVELOPMENT PHASE 1 OF ROADS SUPPORTING PRIMARY GROWTH SECTORS THROUGH CONTRACTOR FACILITATED FINANCING MECHANISM

INVITATION TO BID

The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure hereby notifies all prequalified Bidders for the above programme that the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents have been placed online at the respective websites of the Contracting Authorities as below:

Kenya National Highways Authority: www.kenha.co.ke

Kenya Rural Roads Authority: www.kerra.go.ke

Kenya Urban Roads Authority: www.kura.go.ke

All prequalified bidders have been notified through their respective e-mail addresses indicated in their Applications for Prequalification.

A Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled on Tuesday 4thNovember. 2014 at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies in Nairobi, off Nairobi – Thika Road, starting at 08:30 hours. The program for the Pre-Bid meeting has been placed online in the Authorities’ websites. Attendance of the Pre-Bid Meeting shall not be mandatory.

Bidders are free to carry out Pre-Bid Site Visits to the roads in the lots before 18th November. 2014 through arrangements with the respective Regional Managers as listed in the Authorities’ websites.
