Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information for the Supply Chain Management Office, town hall during normal working hours. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non – refundable fee of Kshs. 2, 000 (Two thousand only0 in cash or bankers cheque payable to The Town Clerk, Municipal Council of Malindi at the cash office located at the Town Hall.

Bidders will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit of Kshs. 2, 000 (Two thousand only) per vehicle bided in cash or bankers cheque. Those bidding for projects will be required to submit a bid security of 2 percent of Tender sum form reputable bank or insurance company approved by PPOA.

The vehicles can be viewed during normal working hours on prior arrangement with the supply Chain management office of the council.

Complete Tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked the Tender Number should be deposited in the Tender Box and addressed to:

So as to reach him on or before 14th November 2012 at 10. 30am.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Councils Committee Room, Town Hall.
