The County Commissioner of Marsabit invites interested and eligible bidders/ contractors for the tender described hereafter.Youth, Women and Persons with Disability are encouraged to apply. Details of the scope of works shall be in the tender documents.

The following are the mandatory requirements that must be submitted together with the bids

Copy of business incorporation or registration

Copy of tax payer registration(pin/vat)

Provision of bid security at 2% from bank

Duly filled form of business questionnaire

Relevant NCA registration

Copy of single business permit

Proof of tax compliance

A complete set of tender documents can be obtained from supply chain management office Marsabit Central Sub County or Moyale Sub County upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ksh 1,000.00 per set of document in cash.

should be deposited in the tender box located at entrance of County Commissioners Office ground floor Marsabit County Headquarter on or before Tuesday 21st February 2017 not later than 10:00 Am the documents will be opened immediately thereafter at County Commissioners Board Room. Tenderers or their Representatives who may wish to attend are invited.
