SUPPLY OF HEAVY FUEL OIL TO THE NAIROBI SOUTH POWER PLANT IN NAIROBI

Iberafrica Power E.A Limited invites tenders from interested Fuel suppliers (“the Bidders”) for the supply and delivery of Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) (“the Fuel”) to its power generating plant located in Nairobi. The Fuel is required to fire 17 medium speed generators with combined output of 109 MW for power generation. The quantity of Fuel required is approximately 75,000 metric tons (MT) to be supplied over a period of twenty-four months

Tender Documents will be available for purchase by interested Bidders from 18th May 2015, from the Office of the General Manager at 1st Floor, Park Place Building, 2nd Parklands Avenue, Limuru Road, on payment of a non-refundable processing fee of Kshs. 15,000.00 in banker’s cheque.

Tenders must be completed in accordance with the instructions to bidders contained in the Bidding Document and submitted at the address given below not later than 1500 hours (Nairobi Time) on 19th June 2015
