TENDER NOTICE

The LVNWSB (Kakamega- Busia Water Supply) invites contractors to submit sealed Bids for Water Pipeline Relocation Works .Kisumu- Kakamega road is undergoing rehabilitation. Due to the road expansion, some water pipelines need to be relocated away from existing road reserve to facilitate road construction works.

The minimum eligibility requirements comprise of –

Certified copies of tax compliance certificate, VAT, and PIN certificates.

Proof of legal existence.

Proof of similar works.

Bid security of 2% of the entire tender sum, inform of bank guarantee from a reputable bank.

Availability of appropriate skills among staff.

Registration with the National construction Authority and the Ministry of Water and irrigation Registered with NCA in Category NCA 7 and above

Pre-tender meeting will be held on     September 2015 at 10:00 am at the company’s Board Room and thereafter a site visit.(Mandatory)

Tender documents are available and may be obtained from the Procurement Office. A complete set of bidding documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non­refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 per set. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope bearing no indication of the tenderer but clearly marked with the “Tender Number” should be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s Board room in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
