On behalf of USAID / OFDA, Pact Inc. has issued a RFP for the completion of the constitution of high capacity shallow wells in Pigi and Renk Counties, South Sudan (RFP – SF 424 – C – 2). Between the two (2) projects, there will be five site locations: Pigi County. Jonglei State (three locations) and Renk County, Upper Nile State (two locations).

Since this RFP is for two separate projects, proposals must be clearly marked for which county the offer or is applying for offers can apply for both, but demonstrate the capacity for it.
