TENDER NOTICE – ADVERTISEMENT
The CDF-Magarini invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the construction of Gongoni-Marereni pipeline project. Tender documents with detailed specifications and tendering conditions may be obtained from the CDF office during official working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000.00 Per set, payable to the Fund Account Manager.
Bidders must attach
A copy of valid/pin Registration Certificate
A Copy of Valid Tax Compliance
A Copy Certificate of incorporation.
A detailed Company/Business profile
A Copy of Water works licenses
Similar work done for the last 3 years.

Security of 2% bid bond from a bank
Completed tender documents must be submitted in the manner described in the document and be deposited into the Tender Box at the entrance to the CDF offices – Gongoni, on or before 23rd June, 2015 at 10.00am.
The CDF-Magarini reserves the right to accept or Reject any tender either in whole or in part without giving any reasons whatsoever; and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
