MAINTENANCE COMPLEX FOR KENYA AIRWAYS AT JKIA

Kenya Airways Limited seeks expressions of interest from competent international construction / engineering firms to design and construct a new modern aircraft maintenance facility in a turnkey arrangement. This facility is to be situated at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi and will comprise a multiple bay hangar, workshops, stores, and offices.
Interested and experienced firms are invited to respond by submitting a letter expressing their interest in providing their services together with a duly filled bidding form and requested information.

A detailed bid document can be downloaded from www.kenya-airways .com on the link I-supply at eh footer menu of the website. Pick “Kenya” when you are prompted to select a country. A non refundable fee of KSh 10, 000 or USD 125 is payable in cash of by bankers cheque to the account details provided in the downloaded document. Proof payment should be attached to the completed documents at eh point of return.
 
Expression of interest in letters together with all completed documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked:

Tender No. T046/12”

And should be deposited in the tender box situated at the main gate reception of KQ Headquarters at Embakasi, Nairobi on North Airport Road not later than Thursday, October 11th at 12. 00 noon. Alternatively, a soft copy of the bid documents can be forwarded to tender.box@kenya-airways.com by the same date and time.
 
Kenya Airways reserves the right to accept or reject any application partially in or whole without giving any reasons in the decision made. Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification at whatever stage of this tender process.
