THE KENYA NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS COUNCIL TENDER NOTICE:

VOIP installation KNEC closing 13th August 2012            
The Kenya NATIONAL Examination Council invites Tenders for the following:

a.    Integrated Waste Disposal Systems – KNEC/WD/2012/01
b.    VOIP installation KNEC offices South C – KNEC/VI/2012/02
c.    VOIP installation KNEC offices, NHC – KNEC/VI/2012/03
d.    VOIP installation KNEC office, Likoni Road – KNEC/VI/2012/04
e.    VOIP Installation KNEC offices, Caledonia – KNEC/VI/2012/05
f.    VOIP installation KNEC offices, NBK – KNEC/ VI/2012/06
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from KNEC offices situated at the National Housing Corporation (NHC) Building, Aga Khan Walk, Nairobi Room 301 (3rd floor) on payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 3, 000. 00 per document by Bankers cheque.
Bids security bond for 2% of the quoted sum valid for 120 days form a reputable bank should be submitted with the completed tender documents.
Tender bids in sealed envelope and bearing no indication of the Tenderer should be addressed to;

And be place in the Tender Box on 6th floor of the NHC Building, Nairobi or sent by post so as to reach the above address not later than Monday, 13th August 2012 at 10. 00 am. All tenders must be accompanied with the bid security as specified.
Submitted documents will be opened publicly in the Conference Room on 6th floor, NHC Building soon after the closing date and time in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned unopened.
The Kenya National Examinations Council reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for the rejection and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
