KENYA BUREAU OF STANDARDS
INVITATION TO TENDER

 
The Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) invites sealed tenders form eligible firms for the following tenders:-
 
   

Tender Reference No;KEBS/T062/2012/2013   
Tender Description ;supply if ICT hardware and software
 
Tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from the Procurement office, KEBS Centre, Popo Road, off Mombasa Road, behind Bellevue Cinema Nairobi on normal working days between 9. 00 am and 4. 00pm upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kenya shillings Five thousand Kshs. 5, 000.00 payable in cash or bankers cheque.
 
Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes with the correct “Tender Number and Title of the Tender” clearly indicated on the envelope should e addressed and delivered to;-

Or be deposited in the Tender ox at KEBS Centre main Reception marked “Tender Box” so as to be received on or before 10. 00 am on 5th October 2012.
 
Tender opening will be carried our immediately thereafter at the KEBS Centre Conference Room, Adm. Block, Ground floor. Tenderes or their representatives are free to attend the tender opening.
 
Tenders must be accompanied by bid security of 2% Total Tender price in form a Bank guarantee form a reputable bank valid for 120 days form the tender closing /opening date.
