TENDER NOTICE

The Nairobi City County invites sealed tenders from eligible underwriting firms for the following tender.

1. NCC/CE//T/031/2013-2014:-CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT FACILITIES ALONG PANGANI SHOPPING CENTRE.

2 NCC/CE/T/032/2013-2014:-CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT FACILITIES ALONG RING ROAD NGARA AND PARK ROAD.

3. NCC/CE/T/059/2013-2014:-C0NSTRUCTI0N OF PUBLIC WALKWAY ALONG HAILE SELLASIE AVENUE BETWEEN RAGATI ROAD & UHURU HIGHWAY)

4. NCC/CE/T/059/2013-2014:-CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WALKWAY ALONG HAILE SELLASIE AVENUE (BETWEEN RAGATI ROAD AND UHURU HIGHWAY ALONG

8. NCC/PHD/T/073/2013-2014:-EQUIPING,INSTALING AND COMMISSIONING THIRG THEATRE IN PUMWANI HOSPITAL

9. NCC/PHD/T/074/2013-2014:-SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR HIGH DEPENDENCY UNIT

Note no.6 and 7 are retender bids

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the office of the Director of Procurement, City Hall Annexe, and First Floor Room 10S and inspect the tender documents during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 in cash or bankers cheque payable to the Nairobi City County.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only the tender number and the title of the tender should be deposited in the Tender Box, outside Procurement Office, CityHall Annexe 1″ Floor and if sent by post, be addressed to:-

So as to reach her on or before 12:00 noon, October 28th  2013. Tenders must be accompanied by tenders security for the amount of Kenya shillings Five hundred thousand (Kshs. 1,000,000). The tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates representatives who choose to attend at the Director of Procurement’s Board Room.
