Nairobi will be hosting the 4th African Rift Geothermal Conference (ARGeo) from 19th -25th Nov 2012.The geothermal conference hosted by the Government of Kenya is organized by the Geothermal Association of Kenya and endorsed by the International Geothermal Association.
The conference themed “Geothermal: solution to Africa’s energy needs” will address key topics such as exploration and drilling of geothermal, new Geothermal Technologies and Innovations, geothermal Utilization among others.
The main conference will be from 21-23 then be followed by post-conference field trips. A pre-conference training on geothermal technology together with re-conference field trips will be held from19th to 20th.
