Detailed tender documents may be obtained from our cash office, town hall upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 3, 000 (Three thousand only) per set of documents.

 

Applications showing reference in plain sealed envelopes but baring no indication of the applicant should be deposited in the tender box at eh town hall or sent to the address below so as to reach not later than 23rd November 2012 at midday.

Interested applicants must attach Interested applicants MUST attach documented evidence of mandatory requirements.

 

1. A copy of business certificate (2) A copy of VAT certificate (3) a copy PIN certificate (4) current KRA tax compliant certificate. (5) audited financial statements for the last 3 years (6) a copy of SBP (7) Those applying for road works should be registered with Ministry Of Roads / Public Works (8) Those applying for building works should be registered with Ministry Of Public Works

 

2. Canvassing, of any kind will lead to automatic disqualification.
