UNITED NATIONS MISSION IN SOUTH SUDAN
REQUEST OF EXPRESSION FOR THE LANDSCAPING AND CONSTRUCTION OF GAZEBO (TUKUL) PERGOLA AND BAMBOO FENCING AT THE UN REPRESENTATIVES HOUSE (SRSG’S RESIDENCE)
AT TOMPING, JUBA, SOUTH SUDAN

Description of Requirement
The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to carry out the Landscaping and Construction of Gazebo (Tukul) pergola and bamboo fencing at the UN Representative House (SRSG’s Residence) at Tomping, Juba, South Sudan and hereby invites qualified landscaping and general contractors to submit their Expression of interest for this turnkey project. Summary of the requirement is as follows:
• Landscaping works
• Construction of one grass thatched gazebo (Tukul) one pergola and bamboo fencing
• Supply and planting of different plants and flowers and other gardening items
• After completion maintenance services
Conditions

To qualify, interested contractors should submit their Expression of interest, along with the following document
• Company profile and bossiness registration
• Information on technical capabilities including professional staff and availability of plants and equipment
• At least three name of its major customers and their contact address.
• Proof of financial capability to provide the services, I.e., the financial statement for the recent past two years
• Information on staff (Botanists, carpenters and others including supervisors)
 
Only registered companies with license and proven experience and ability to supply and provide after sales services will be considered.
