On behalf of USIA / OFDA, pact Inc has issued a RFP for the construction of VIP school latrines (RFP – SF 424 – C-30 in Pigi and Renk County, Upper Nile State, South Sudan, Pact, Inc (PACT) through its Sudan Water for Recovery and Peace Program (WRAPP) seeks proposals form competent contractors for the implementation of two separate projects: one in Pigi County and implementation of two separate projects: One in Pigi County and one in Renk County Upper Nile state. Each project consists of two latrines: One for men and one for women.

Pact will answer questions and provide assistance in understanding the requirements of this RFP that are sent to tenderssouthsudan@pactworld.org . The deadline for submission is November 26, 2012.
Since this RFP is for two separate projects, proposals must be clearly marked for which the county the offer is applying for, Offers can be applied for both, but must demonstrate the capacity for it.
